Molly has spent a career honing her interpersonal jiu-jitsu and understanding the needs of the modern office in terms of human capital and personnel concerns. She has years of experience in the healthcare, staffing, software, and project management fields, and brings a unique perspective and approach to solving challenges.

Molly is a native of Indiana (Go Hoosiers!) and graduated from Binghamton University. She has since been lauded for her tireless work ethic and her ability to smooth the rufflest of feathers in her efforts to bring about the best possible outcome for her clients and friends.

Jeremy earned his stripes during the dot com boom and his career since has run the gamut of the software industry. From Mom and Pop shops to Enterprise level e-commerce systems to testing software that runs the airplanes you fly in, he has honed his craft and attained guru status in the full software development lifecycle. He relishes solving the difficult problem and is known for his out-of-the-box solutions and self-repairing system designs.

A life-long student of human nature, Jeremy brings a keen understanding to how software shapes behavior, and behavior shapes software. His passion has always been to help people achieve their best work by creating tools that automate the mundane without impeding the creative. Jeremy is a native of upstate New York, and when he’s not throwing himself into his work, you might find him screaming into a microphone over his game controller.
